On behalf of Local Union 636 and myself, I would like to take this
opportunity to express our thanks to you and your team for the outstanding
work in the design and development of our website. Thanks to their input,
guidance and ongoing support, we were able to turn our visions into reality.
The creative ideas and technical expertise of your crew have allowed us to
establish a web presence that we are quite proud of. The positive feedback
from those who frequent this site stands as evidence to our success.
As an organization serving almost 4000 members across Ontario, it is
critically important that we have a well-developed communication network
that enables us to: stay in touch; raise member awareness on the issues most
important to them and; provide those working for us on the front lines with
an electronic toolkit that makes their work easier. With the help of Asskickin'
Solutions we now have the on-line resources necessary to do just that.
While our website is an invaluable source of information, it also presents our
image to the world. With this in mind, we set out to create a stop on the
electronic highway that would capture the essence of who we are and what
we do. Once again, your team was there to help us ensure that visitors to our
site would appreciate the professional attitudes and personal touches that set
our organization apart. We were impressed by their insights and are very
pleased with the results.
Over the past year, we have worked closely with Asskickin' Solutions to
ensure that our site remained current and relevant. Throughout the many
phases of change and upgrade, your team has shown great patience and
continued support. Whenever called upon, they have responded quickly to
our requests and always followed-up to confirm our satisfaction with the
results. Such commitment to customer service is commendable.
